Established within Artvin Çoruh University, the Project Coordination Application and Research Center has determined its objectives as follows:
- To increase the university's social and scientific project activities in terms of quality and quantity, and to ensure that academic and scientific activities are carried out with a project approach.
- To carry out scientific, professional and educational studies on project cycle management and to provide consultancy and information services.
- To ensure communication and coordination between faculty members, students, university units and non-university organizations who prepare or may prepare projects.
- To ensure the correct and effective use of project resources in projects where the university is the executing institution.
- Applying to national and international project calls and technical support tenders individually or as a consortium partner.
- To establish cooperative relations at various levels in order to support the emergence of local, regional, national and international project initiatives that will support university-industry cooperation, to strengthen relations and to accelerate the transfer of applicable results to the industry.
- Developing and executing projects within the scope of university-industry cooperation; To provide consultancy services on designing R&D activities, business development and entrepreneurship to businesses with which cooperation relationships have been established.
- Providing consultancy services on intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks and similar issues during the commercialization process of products and inventions resulting from R&D studies carried out by university students, faculty members or industrial organizations with which cooperation has been established.
- To establish the university's innovation and entrepreneurship policy, to plan and carry out innovative and entrepreneurial activities at the university or to support the execution of these activities.
