About Project Information Entry
Dear Academicians,
All project applications have value whether they are accepted or not. As you know, applications for externally supported projects are made to relevant institutions (TUBITAK, KOSGEB, Ministry of EU National Agency, etc.). For this reason, the project information provided by our University's academic staff is not known by the Project Coordination Research and Application Center. Since all this project information is needed in the studies carried out by our Rectorate from time to time, project information must be entered in order to facilitate the provision of all project information in an up-to-date and accurate manner.
It is important to use data tracking effectively in order to carry out transactions accurately and quickly. With the effective use of data tracking, a road map can be created for new studies by creating an institutional memory.
As the Project Coordination Application and Research Center, we create a database of projects that have an important place in the academic development process of our University staff and organize training, meetings, etc. to increase the project productivity of the staff. It is necessary to determine the current situation in order to carry out activities and needs-oriented studies. In order for this to be done in the fastest and most accurate way, projects must be recorded. In this context, in all subsequent project applications outside the institution (EU, TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, BAKKA, All Other Institutions and Organizations), the project information must be processed into the system when applying to the relevant organization (even if it is accepted or rejected in the subsequent process). In order for academic staff who will apply for a project to avoid any difficulties, the specified points must be taken into consideration.
Regards,
